Do you know a great volunteer? Nominate them (and what they do) and their name will go into a sweepstakes drawing for 2 tickets+parking for each of the Buckeyes’ 2014 home games!  Categories for nominations must make volunteer contributions in either:

• MIND (education)
• BODY (food or health) or
• SPIRIT (to their place of worship)

Please add “Nomination to watch the Buckeyes” to the subject line of your email or on the outside of your envelope. Each entry must include the name of nominee; contribution category (mind, body or spirit); nominee’s phone number and email address; and your name, phone and email address.

Contest limited to Ohio residents only. You must be 18 or older to enter and may not nominate yourself. Limit one winner per household and one entry nomination per volunteer category (mind, body and spirit) per person per week. Prize winners will be notified by phone and/or email and can pick up their prizes at Lima Dental Associates. Sweepstakes begins 12:01 a.m. EST 8/22/14 and ends 11:59 p.m. EST 11/27/14.
